Dr. Davamony has a BA in Religious Philosophy and Public Health. Those foundational studies fuel his interest in sound research practices and the human condition.
Dr. Davamony’s graduate studies led him towards an MPH in Biostatistics and an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy. The culmination of his academic endeavors was realized when he completed his Doctor of Clinical Psychology from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA.
During his years as a minister, Dr. Davamony often provided care to people seeking support while navigating the stressors of their lives. These important interactions later steered him towards pursuing psychology, a union of evidence-based practices and his already established work in walking alongside people during difficult times.
